With a need to urgently recruit a Senior Treasury Manager into my organisation, I retained Daryl Mason at Hewitson Walker in late 2010. Daryl took the time to fully understand my organisation, the role I recruited for and just as importantly, the culture that any new member of staff would be entering into. The role entailed a need for particular skills and relevant experience. The entire process took little more than 2 months, which for a senior role is exceptional.
