My client currently has needs to recruit an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join an established team working in a large open plan environment. Your role will be varied and will involve using and putting to practice previous supervisory skills to support and mentor a busy department.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Supervise and run end to end processing of multiple large volume payrolls (weekly,monthly)
- Ensure full compliance with relevant company policies
- Monitor queries and answer complex queries raised
- Encourage and develop team performance by a variety of methods
- Ensure regular and consistent delivery of group reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity to use key experience to continue to develop in a well performing forward thinking organisation. Excellent systems skills are essential along with the ability to lead by example and encourage new processes.
You should have solid experience of large volume payrolls.
