Brand new role as Management Accountant within a well established distribution business based in Hertfordshire.
This is an influential commercial role giving exposure to the senior management within the business as well as the sales and commercial teams, to ensure that all opportunities are maximised and risk is kept to a minimum and ultimately improve the profit. As management accountant you will be heavily focussing on strategy, planning, supporting bids, performance review, forecasting, management reporting, analysis, improving processes and ad-hoc projects.
You will hold a recognised accountancy qualification and have a strong commercial acumen as well as the ability to influence and gain the buy in needed across all areas. It is essential that you have already worked in a similar developing commercial management accounting role.
Strong Excel skills needed. This is an exceptional opportunity to shine in a brand new post, which offers long-term progression.
