Superb opportunity to join highly successful entrepreneur lead business as Commercial Accountant.
This unique and exciting opportunity will initially focus on the property and asset division but will expand into other areas and a variety of business ventures keeping the role interesting. Working closely with the Principles and the Finance Director and acting as a mentor to a small team to ensure that Commercial opportunities hit maximum potential.
This hands on role will accountable for:
Investment appraisal, exploration of new business opportunities, management of acquisitions and disposals, documentation for fundraising, capital expenditure approval and management, budgeting and forecasting, consolidated cash flow forecasting, payment processing, liaison with accountants, and external professional bodies.
This role requires a sharp commercially focused problem solving individual with superb communication skills. You will mentor a trainee. This role is very well suited to a candidate who has recently qualified and is looking for an opportunity to go the commercial route. You will be mentored by an outstanding Commercial Manager throughout.
Good level of Excel required as is exposure to general accounting practices.
